After the sampling, including the laboratory courier service, you receive a private invoice from CREASANO UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Pricing is based on Section 6(1) GOÄ by analogy, but a flat fee of €99.00 is charged.

Mobile blood sampling is not yet a standard benefit of the statutory health insurers. You can submit an individual application for benefits in kind before ordering; your insurer decides whether to reimburse.
Private health insurance
Two private invoices
You receive one invoice from CREASANO UG and one from the laboratory and submit both to your insurer or allowance office (Beihilfe). Reimbursement depends on your plan.
Self-payers
Flat fee plus laboratory
You pay the costs yourself: a flat fee of €99.00 plus the laboratory invoice under the GOÄ fee scale. A laboratory request and a private prescription are required.

Do I need a prescription from a doctor?
Yes. The basis is a laboratory request (Muster 10) and a private prescription from your doctor’s practice or alternative practitioner. We do not arrange blood sampling without medical necessity, such as pure wellness or prevention check-ups.
What if I do not have a laboratory request yet?
Tick in the order form that the laboratory request or private prescription is still needed, and name the prescribing practice. We will discuss the next steps with you when we call you back.
How quickly can someone come to me?
After your order, we call you within 48 hours during our business hours and arrange the appointment with you. Your preferred day can be the day after tomorrow at the earliest. We cannot guarantee a specific appointment, as it depends on the available capacity of our medical professionals.
Where do you offer mobile blood sampling?
Currently in various regions of Bavaria, including south-east Munich. We are preparing further locations in Germany. You can find the current service areas on the Order page.
What should I have ready for the appointment?
Please have the laboratory request and private prescription ready. The medical professional records both in the CREASANO app; information on indication and diagnosis is made illegible beforehand. If your doctor has ordered a fasting sample, please follow their instructions.
Who receives the laboratory results?
The laboratory sends the results directly to the prescribing practice or to the email address or fax number given in the form. CREASANO UG does not receive any laboratory results.
Who takes the blood sample?
Qualified medical professionals under medical delegation. Your doctor remains responsible for your treatment; CREASANO UG’s medical director is Dr. Dr. med. Richard Westhaus.
